I had a wonderful stay at Oceana by Farniente, with an very nice penthouse that featured a private pool and a stunning terrace overlooking the sea. The location was perfect, just a short walk from both the beach and 5th Avenue. However, I did find the noise from the street to be quite disruptive at night, which detracted from the overall experience.

I recently stayed at Oceana By Farniente for four nights, and while the location was fantastic, being just a block from both the beach and 5th avenue, my experience was mixed. My apartment was nicely furnished and clean, but the noise level at night and inconsistent housekeeping put a damper on my stay.
